Shipping & Delivery of Artwork
The cost of delivery will depend on your location. Please contact me with your location and I will email you a quote.
Artworks are generally shipped within 3 business days, however, if there are any delays we will be sure to notify you.
Australian Deliveries
- Your artwork will be sent with the most appropriate courier service available to get your order safely delivered to you. Deliveries to Australian addresses will likely be shipped with Australia Post.
- Deliveries may take up to 7 business days to arrive from when the order has been dispatched.
- A tracking number will be issued upon dispatch.
- In some instances a signature may be required for collection.
- Authority is not given for items to be left at unattended premises.
International Deliveries
- All international deliveries will be sent through Australia Post. Delivery can can take up to 5-14 business days to arrive in your country.
- A tracking number will be issued upon dispatch of your order.
- On arrival in your country, the package will be handed over to a local courier. The original tracking number will still be used to track your consignment.
- Authority is not given for items to be left at unattended premises and a signature may be required on delivery.
Delivery Charges
Australian Orders:
To be quoted when you order, unless otherwise stipulated.
International orders:
POA. Pricing is based on the packaged dimensions of the artwork. Please add a painting to your cart and proceed to the checkout. We will confirm delivery charges in an email to you prior to charging your card.
Packaging
Canvas artworks are packaged in layers of bubblewrap, secured in a cardboard shell.
Prints and watercolour paper artworks will be packaged in protective cardboard packaging. Depending on size this may be in an envelope or postal tube.
Insurance Cover
Artworks are insured when sent with domestic and international carriers. The value of the painting will be covered and determined by the purchase value in AUD.
