Frequently Asked Questions

I mainly paint with watercolour and acrylic paints and some mixed media. I also use graphite drawing and pen and ink.

  • Artworks are sold unframed, unless otherwise specified, so that you have the opportunity to frame them to your décor. This reduces the chances of damage in transit (shipping glass if not a good idea) and reduces the general cost of freight. Deep edge gallery canvases may not need to be framed.

Commissions are by negotiation. Generally I am hesitant to take on commissions as there is so much room for differing interpretations of a concept. As such, each request will be considered on a case by case basis and the final artwork will be subject to my interpretation of the concept you presented. Please note that as artwork is subjective and open to interpretation by the artist, there is no guarantee that it will be as you imagined. Communication is key for this process to work.

  • Under Australian consumer law, items are not returnable simply because you’ve changed your mind. Please choose your purchase carefully. Measure the area you want to place your artwork before placing your order. However, if the item has been damaged in transit, please refer to our returns & refund policy.

If your order has been damaged in transit, take a photo of it and the packaging. On confirmation and return of the item it will be replaced or repaired. Please refer to our returns & refund policy for more information.
